Lightweight concrete tiles provide a high quality, low cost roof. The roof is much cooler to live under than steel sheets and is far quieter during thunderstorms.

Water collected from the roof will also be clean enough for drinking.

A concrete tiled roof is also very durable as the tiles are unaffected by corrosion.

Roman2 Table Frame:
The Roman2 Table frame is Laser Cut from steel and powder coated for a durable protective finish. Made to fit both our manual and electric vibrating tables enabling you to create the 2D form of the Roman2 Tile.
Roman2 Mould:
High quality, durable Polypropylene mould, the vibrated concrete is transferred from the table to the mould, forming the tiles curved profile. These are a 24 hour setting mould so to produce the maximum output of 500 tiles a day would require 1000 moulds.
Roman2 Stacking Frame:
High quality, durable Polypropylene or wooden frame allowing the Roman2 moulds to be stacked on top of one another saving floor space in your factory.
Ridge Tile Table Frame:
The Ridge Tile Table frame is made from steel and powder coated for a durable protective finish. Made to fit both our manual and electric vibrating tables enabling you to create the 2D form of the Ridge Tile.
Ridge Tile Mould and Platform:
High quality plywood and steel construction variable angle mould, letting you make ridge tiles tailored to suit roofs with a pitch between 22.5 and 45 degrees. Our Standard Platform creates Ridge Tiles for a roof pitch of 27 degrees.
Golden Rule:
The Golden Rule Tiling Template makes setting out roofing battens simple, leaving the perfect spacing for setting out your Roman2 Tiles.
Scoop:
Our high quality scoop is designed to make your life easy. Just 1 levelled scoop of concrete per Roman2 Tile and 3 scoops per Ridge Tile.
Dry Ridge:
The Dry Ridge Tool enables you to produce purpose made Roman2 Tiles for the top course, leaving minimal gap between the Roman2 and Ridge Tiles. Meaning less work on-site.
Second Nib:
The Second Nib Tool lets you add a second fixing nib to your tiles, letting you secure the tile at 2 points to the roof. Useful in high wind conditions.
H Frame:
The H Frame allows for the easy transfer of the formed vibrated concrete from the table to the mould.
