As a UK based design, engineering and manufacturing business we have 20 years plus experience in developing solutions for various business sectors including the construction industry, safety industry, power industry and utilities and transport industry.
We have built up a portfolio of clients and products across the world. This includes working on many OEM projects for commercial companies and NGO’s looking for quality engineered solutions for their business.

Case Study 1: Hand Powered Water Pump
We were briefed by an international NGO who wanted to develop a hand powered pump that could be used to establish businesses emptying latrines and waste pits to improve hygiene conditions and sanitation in emerging markets.
We designed a working prototype and working to a strict end unit cost tested and revised the product until it was exceeding expectation. This pump is now out in the field working well and currently we are adapting for other uses.
Case Study 2: Mobile Solar Power Unit
We were briefed by a UK company looking to develop a solar powered generator running on batteries. They needed a casing to house the batteries and technology. We had to design this to meet several performance criteria including weather proofing, sizing so could be packed on a pick up truck and allow for adequate ventilation etc.
We designed a prototype for testing the technology and from that went to mass production and it is proving to be a very popular product.
Case Study 3: Round Houses
For Buildworks we have had several clients request bespoke designs for blocks, or paving tiles. We recently worked with a client who wanted to build round houses. We made bespoke moulds for them to make round houses of different sizes.
Our in house team designed and engineered this and carried out all necessary testing to ensure the product would work.
Since this development we have gone on to make moulds to make 20 metre diameter water tanks for the fishing industry.
